Exchange & Returns
If you would like to exchange a product, you may email us at Support@damaskclothingstudio.com along with your order number. The customer service team has to be notified within 7 days of the delivery date. Products can also be exchanged within 7 days of the date of delivery.
- Product images may slightly vary from the actual product due to photographic lighting sources or may differ based on your screen resolution and other settings. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Exchange requests will only be catered if a product is defective or the wrong product has been delivered.
- Products purchased on Sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded in any case.
- Items bought at full price that are now on sale will be exchanged at the discounted price.
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- We do not have a return/exchange policy for international orders.
How to apply for exchange?
In case you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to opt for a replacement, you are required to return the product to Damask Studio by email at support@damaskclothingstudio. You must share the order details, reason for exchange and photographic evidence of the product within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Your request will be processed once the claim is verified and approved by our customer support team. You will then be required to send the parcel back to us.
- In case of dislike, the cost of returning the item to Damask Studio will be borne by the customer.
Exchange Timeline
- We aim to process all claims within 7-10 working days from the date we have received the returned item.
- During peak days, please expect up to 15 working days for the claim to be processed.
Order Cancellation
Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
